Assembly

By Frederik Drost

Assembly is the process of putting the individual components of a watch together. It involves connecting the various parts such as the dial, hands, movement, case, and strap to form a complete and functional unit. Assembly also usually involves adjusting and fine-tuning the internal mechanisms of the watch to ensure that it runs accurately and reliably. Assembly requires a great deal of skill and experience, as even the smallest mistake can affect the performance of the watch.
