Chapter Ring

By Frederik Drost

A chapter ring is a feature found on some watches that divides the watch face into a series of concentric circles. Each circle represents a different unit of time, such as hours, minutes, and seconds. In addition, some watches may feature additional rings which divide the watch into even smaller units, such as tenths of a second. The chapter ring is used to measure the passage of time, and can be used to tell the exact time at any given moment.
